この特別なキュベはシャンパンをよく知る人のために最高品質のブドウ、ものづくりのエスプリ、そしてそのブドウの生産量が確保された特別な年にのみ造られます。

タナグラの優雅さは《ミネラル、フルーティー、繊細》の3つの要素のバランスからきます。ミネラルさはメニル・シュー・オジェのシャルドネ、フルーティーさはシュイイのシャルドネ、繊細さはヴェルズネのピノ・ノワールに由来し、そのブドウはすべてグラン・クリュのものです。

このキュベはロンバール用に作られた専用ボトルで熟成されており、区部の細いこのボトルは熟成がゆっくりすすむように設計されています。

＜熟成＞
一次発酵から10 か月間のステンレス樽 50％とオーク樽 50％で熟成しアッサンブラージュ後、瓶内熟成 84～96か月

＜ティスティング＞
輝くような銀色を帯びたパールイエローに繊細な泡がしっかりと連なっている。香り新鮮なオレンジとほのかにヘーゼルナッツ、味わいはヘーゼルナッツに加え、オレンジコンフィのあと、硬質のミネラル感と共にクリーム菓子へと移っていきます。それらの素晴らしいバランスが完璧なハーモニーを作り出しているロンバールの最高傑作のシャンパンです。
