細やかな泡が、少し緑がかった金色のワインの中を糸を引くように登って行きます。
香りはとても繊細で、ライムの花やレモンといった爽やかな香りにオレンジやカリン
のような香りが加わります。
口に含むと柑橘系の爽やかな風味が広がり、白桃や干しブドウのような甘さと風味を
少しあとから楽しむことができます。スッキリとしたのみ口にしっかりとした余韻が
加わるこのシャンパンは、力強くも洗練されていたロシア皇帝を連想させます。
