◇製品説明
このメゾンは、以前モエ＆シャンドン(MOET＆CHANDON)やＦ１レースでおなじみのマム社（G.H.MUMM)にブドウを卸していたもとブドウ栽培農家です。栽培は自然に極力即した方法で、リュット・レゾネの一つ「同化農法」と言われるものです。使用する肥料や防虫剤なども自然由来のもの。科学的・人工的な薬品などは一切使用していません。

◇テイスティングコメント
クリアで輝きのあるライトゴールドの色調に、細かい泡が切れ目なく立ち上る優雅な様子・・これぞまさしくシャンパーニュ！と期待が膨らみます。香りにはまずライム、ハーブや花束、リンゴ、蜜、マカロンのような甘い香りも感じます。すっきりとした爽やかさがあってピュアな味わい。フルーティさと適度なヴォリューム感があり、これ単体で飲むのはもちろん、「前菜からデザートまで通すことができる」バランス感で、どんな料理にも合わせられます。まさにクラシックな魅力ある、均整のとれた1本。食卓に「本物のシャンパン」があると雰囲気はぐっと華やぎますね。
